PRATO DO DIA!

Coquetel de camarão
a la Hemingway

Ingredientes:
1 colher (sopa) de London Dry Gin
4 colheres (sopa) de Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 colher (sopa) de molho inglês da região de Yorkshire
½ lata de creme de leite de cabra irlandesa que sobrou do Café Caprichado
1 pote de iogurte natural de Pomerode
1 colher (chá) de sal potiguar
1,750 kg de camarões grandes e limpos da República dos Camarões
1 pitada de sal panamenho

Modo de preparo:
Tempere os camarões com o sal potiguar e deixe-os tomar gosto por cerca de 10 minutos.
Cozinhe os camarões em água fervente por cerca de 5 minutos, escorra a água e reserve-os.
Em uma tigela, misture o iogurte, o creme de leite, o molho inglês, o ketchup, o gim e o sal panamenho.
Reserve.
Separe alguns camarões e pique o restante em pedaços não muito pequenos.
Adicione os camarões picados ao creme de iogurte.
Coloque o creme em taças individuais e leve à geladeira por cerca de 1 hora.
No momento de servir decore cada taça com cinco camarões.
