Bolinho de Macaxeira
com Calabresa e Camembert

Ingredientes:
1kg de macaxeira do Cariri
250g de linguiça calabresa picada com ervas de Bragança Paulista
200g de queijo Camembert
Salsinha e cebolinha da barraca da Maria Cacilda da feira da praça da Ucrânia
Sal potiguar a gosto
Pimenta-do-reino da Pérsia a gosto.

Preparo:
Cozinhar a macaxeira até o ponto de massa.
Misturar com os outros ingredientes (menos o camembert).
Na hora de levar à forma, deixar um pequeno "buraco" para acrescentar o camembert.
Depois, é só fritar para servir.

Para beber, vai bem um Baron D'Estiac Bergerac 2002, que possui agradáveis aromas vegetais e de frutas vermelhas, é fresco e ligeiro.
